Anthony worked seventeen years in commercial real estate with Koger Properties, Inc. and Koger Equity, Inc. in Miami, Florida and Memphis, Tennessee, prior to starting Investec Realty Services. Anthony has been involved in all phases of developing, marketing, leasing, and managing commercial real estate. He served as leasing manager for the largest office complex in Miami and eventually became the General Manager of the Koger Memphis operation, orchestrating Koger's successful entry into the market. Anthony holds a BA from Hofstra University and has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations.

John has worked continuously for 25 years in the commercial real estate industry, starting as a Property Manager in Houston, Texas, with a portfolio of over 2 million square feet. John moved to Memphis to manage International Place, Southwind Office Center and the Florida properties of Towermarc Corporation (now Highwoods Properties). Later he managed Trammell Crow’s two million square foot Memphis portfolio of East Memphis and downtown properties. John joined CresaPartners Memphis and later became Partner specializing in corporate real estate services, tenant representation and build-to-suit projects. John’s unique talent is to engineer real estate transactions that maximize client resources and positively impact their business plans and financial positions. He continues to utilize this talent today as a Partner in Investec Realty Services, LLC and Principal Broker of Office Locators, LLC, a real estate firm established to focus on tenant representation.

John acquired a passion for soccer and golf. He serves on the Tennessee Soccer Board of Directors, is President of the Memphis Shelby Soccer Federation, is past President of the Germantown Soccer Club, held ownership in two local United Soccer League franchises, and even serves as a Referee, both intercollegiately and with the United States Soccer Federation.

John serves as the Tennessee Association of Realtors as Division 1 Vice President, has been President of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, Memphis Chapters of the Institute of Real Estate Management and Building Owners and Managers Association. Jon worked nine years for a national real estate developer in Memphis, TN and headed his own firm for an additional ten years before joining Investec Realty Services as a Partner in 2007. During his career, he has been responsible for leasing the largest office building in Tennessee, forming development partnerships which have successfully built over 200,000 rsf of commercial property, and representing client interests locally, regionally and nationally. Jon holds a BBA from the University of Memphis and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as well as the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR) designation.

As senior leasing director for Investec, Michael is involved in all of the company's office leasing assignments.  Specializing in office leasing for both landlords and tenants; he currently leases about one million square feet of office space throughout the Memphis Area.  He has completed more than 800,000 square feet of new leases, renewals, and expansions since starting at Investec in early 2005. Michael has earned the Co-Star Power Broker Award in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. He also earned a Pinnacle Award in 2008 from the Memphis Association of Realtors, which recognizes outstanding commercial brokers.  Prior to coming to Investec, Michael’s previous employment was with Perkins Restaurants corporate office where he worked for three years. A Memphis native, Michael holds a degree in Finance from the University of Memphis.

Jody joined Investec in 2006. In 2007 he brokered over $40m of commercial transactions and was named Newcomer of the Year by the Memphis Area Association of Realtors. He specializes in investment sales, site selection, and tenant representation. Jody spent the previous 8 years as Vice President of DeSoto Athletic Clubs, where he was responsible for the company’s marketing, real estate site selection and development. He also has experience working with municipalities, having negotiated a public-private partnership to provide fitness services for the Town of Collierville in 2004. Jody is a native Memphian, involved with the CBHS Alumni Association, The University of Memphis M Club and an active Board Member of The Healthy Memphis Common Table. Eric transitioned from CREYE-LEIKE Commercial Division where he was Vice President. He was also a consistent multi-million dollar sales leader after joining their firm in 2004. His professional experience includes over fourteen years of progressive business administration with a background in commercial construction management and marketing.This has provided him a unique foundation for evaluating, promoting, and procuring commercial properties. Holice has been actively involved as a real estate broker in the commercial and industrial real estate business in the Memphis, TN and Desoto County, MS real estate market for over 35 years.  Currently a member of the Memphis Area Assoc. of Realtors, having previously served as chairman of the Commercial and Industrial Committee, a lifetime member of the MAAR Million Dollar Club and a 30 year member of the national Society of Office and Industrial Realtors.

He was employed by Weston Companies for approx. 20 years as a senior vice president of marketing.  During this period, Holice was involved in all phases of the development business. Also during this period he was actively involved as a real estate broker representing third party firms. For the past 10 years Mr. Jeffries served as president of Central States Realty, a real estate brokerage firm organized as an affiliate of Dunavant Enterprises.  The primary role of this entity was the marketing of company owned properties and working with the company’s logistics division on distribution matters.  In addition,he continued a tenant representation business with new clients, as well as existing clients developed during his real estate career.  Holice has recently completed industrial lease transactions in Louisville, KY, Austin, TX and Nogales, Mexico, making him an asset outside of the Memphis- Metro Market as well.

Paul Gagliano has been in the Real Estate business for 6 years. Before joining the Investec team Paul specialized in farms and recreational properties with Richard Wallace and Co. In 2005 Paul shifted his focus to developmental and commercial properties with Bascom Realty, LLC. Paul is a native Memphian and Vanderbilt University graduate who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. After graduation, Paul spent 5 years playing professional baseball in Italy, joining the Italian National Team (1981 – 1985). He participated in the 1982 World Games in Seoul, Korea as well as in the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. Currently he is the active Chairman/Founder of the Annual Southern Hot Wing Festival for the benefit of The Ronald McDonald House and the Shelby County Drug Court Foundation.

Jason joined the company in July of 2008. He has a background in sales and customer service. His experience includes market research, marketing demonstrations and product merchandising for major retailers. In 2004 Jason worked for the Baltimore Orioles as part of the marketing and promotions team. It was during this time in Maryland, seeing many areas of the city go through revitalization; he became interested in commercial real estate. Jason earned a degree in Geography and Environmental Planning from the University of Towson, Maryland. Upon graduation, Jason joined Acker Robison Realty in Memphis where he was actively involved in office and retail leasing. He later joined Investec Realty Services where he is utilizing his skills in marketing and office leasing.
